Where do you ship from ?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. This ensures fast, reliable delivery with tracking every step of the way.
How long does shipping takes ?
- United State: 3 - 7 business days
- International: 6 - 15 business days.
Do you offer express shipping ?
Not yet—but we're working on it! Right now, all orders are shipped with standard delivery, but we know how important fast shipping can be, so adding an express option is on our roadmap. Stay tuned!
Will I receive a tracking number ?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with full tracking details. No guessing — you’ll know exactly where your MiduStore® is.
What countries do you ship to ?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. You can check availability and delivery estimates at checkout by entering your address.

Can I change or cancel my order ?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Email us right away at support@midustore.com. If it’s already on the way, we’ll help you return or exchange it.

Is there a warranty on MiduStore products?
Yes. Every MiduStore product comes with a 1-year factory warranty that covers manufacturing defects, zippers, stitching, and hardware.
What's not covered under warranty?
General wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations are not covered — but if you're unsure, reach out. We’re here to help and often go beyond the standard.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Email support@midustore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We’ll take care of the rest.
How do I clean my MiduStore products ?
Most Midustore products are machine washable on a gentle cycle. For best results, we recommend air-drying and spot-cleaning zippers and corners as needed.
Are your products water-resistant ?
Yes! All Midustore products are made from awater-repellent polyester blendthat resists spills, splashes, and rainy day mishaps.
Are your materials vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Every Midustore product is made with vegan, cruelty-free materials— no leather, suede, or animal-derived components.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa Card, Master Card, Shop Pay, Union, JCB, American Express and more. Your information is securely encrypted and never stored.
